Using the service
You may browse the site, watch labeled sample clips, create an account, and prepare portraits. Video task submission requires an account and sufficient credits. Credit purchases are temporarily unavailable, so paid task submission is not currently available to new users.
Accounts and security
Use accurate account details and keep your sign-in methods under your control. Email-code and Google sign-in are provided by Clerk. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Portraits and permissions
Only submit adult portraits that you own or have permission to use. By submitting photos, you authorize the service to process them to create the requested video and to deliver the result to your account. Do not submit confidential, intimate, or otherwise sensitive images.
Generated and sample media
AI results can contain errors and may not preserve exact likeness, movement, or lip sync. Sample clips are labeled examples and are not generated from your selected photos. Do not present synthetic media as a real event, endorsement, or recording, and use only audio you have permission to share.
Credit packs and task failures
Displayed credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Unused credits do not expire. Credit purchases are temporarily unavailable. If a submitted task fails due to a confirmed technical failure, the credits deducted for that task are restored once. See the refund policy.
Independent project
58thfloorai is an independent studio-duet concept and is not affiliated with COLORS, the artists shown in sample material, or their associated companies.
