Account and sign-in
Email-code and Google sign-in are provided through Clerk. The service uses account identifiers and email addresses to connect your sign-in, credit balance, orders, and video tasks. Google authentication is routed through the Union Login Center.
Portraits and video tasks
Selecting a photo creates a preview in your browser. The photo is sent from your browser only when you submit a video task. The task requires credits and sends the two portraits and selected settings to the generation service for processing. Task status and account ownership are stored so you can view your work in the private library. Sample clips are public examples and are not made from your photos.
Video access and retention
Completed videos are associated with your account and delivered through an authenticated media endpoint. The service stores task and order records needed to operate your account. This site does not currently provide an automatic account or media deletion control. To request access or deletion, email support@gowellapp.me.
Payments
Credit purchases are temporarily unavailable, and the site will not start a live checkout. If checkout becomes available, the payment provider will process card details; 58thfloorai stores order, amount, credit, and payment status records, not full card numbers.
Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
Clarity loads only on public pages after you select Allow analytics. It may record clicks, scrolling, page structure, and session playback to help improve the site. Photo upload forms and previews are masked; sign-in, account, and payment return pages are excluded. Advertising storage is denied. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw consent.
Service providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and application data, Clerk for sign-in, Microsoft Clarity when you consent, and an AI processing provider for submitted video tasks. Credit card processing is not currently available through the site.
