Current purchase status
The site is not currently able to start a live credit-pack checkout. No credit-pack purchase can be completed from the current site.
Credit packs
The displayed packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Unused credits do not expire. Once purchases are enabled, the order confirmation and account page will show the purchased pack and its credit balance.
Confirmed task failures
If a submitted video task fails due to a confirmed technical failure, the credits deducted for that task are restored once. A task that is still processing is not treated as a failure until its status is confirmed.
Order questions
If you believe a payment was processed in error or have a question about an existing order, email support@gowellapp.me with your order ID. Never include a full payment card number or private portrait in your message.
